NEW PLANT TO OPEN IN FEBRUARY 2010
The growing interest for hot-dip galvanising along with raising demand for larger steel constructions were the basis for the decision of Kopf Holding GmbH management to open a new hot-dip galvanising plant in Poland. ZinkPower Wielkopolska Sp. z o.o. is a modern plant with a large bath which enables to galvanise constructions measuring up to 15.5 m x 2,4 m x 3,2 m and weighing maximum 12 tonnes. This gives completely new design possibilities: our new plant is an ideal solution for manufacturers of masts and lighting columns, heavy building structures, but also the road barriers, noise barriers and other steel products.
The plant is located on the A2 motorway Żdżary junction near Konin. Location provides easy and convenient access to entire Poland, as well as the possibility to send galvanized constructions in every direction. Broad and well-prepared unloading and loading squares and a large hall are designed along with the preliminary assembly place prior to shipment.
ZinkPower Wielkopolska Sp. z o.o. is fully prepared to meet the quality requirements and highest galvanising standards. Up-to-date technology solutions, based on a long-term experience of other plants belonging to Kopf Holding GmbH have been applied there. Experienced technologists and workers have been employed so ZinkPower Wielkopolska Sp. z o.o. is a hot-dip galvanising plant where modern technology has been combined with knowledge and experience.
We want to highlight that the facility itself was built in only seven months. It comprises hall with 15 thousand cubic meters and is situated on 5 hectares of land. The fully landscaped site with well-designed green places, a pond, the bridge that leads to a modern office building. Visitors will be surprised by a fountain which imitates water wall. Attention to detail and architectural aesthetics was one of the priorities of the building.
