HOT-DIP GALVANISING

ZinkPower Szczecin Sp. z o.o. is one of the most modern hot-dip galvanizing plants in Poland. The dimentions of our galvanizing kettle are: 13m x 1,5m x 3m.

We offer a complex service of:

  • zinc coating,

  • painting,

  • blast cleaning and sand blasting,

  • phoshpate coating.

    The main galvanizing service comprises:

  • technological help of our workers with preparation to galvanizing,

  • hot-dip galvanizing according to PN EN ISO 1461,

  • removing of impurities after galvanizing,

  • unloading and loading of constructions.

    We have at our disposal two overhead cranes with capacity 3,2 tones each.

    Hot-dip galvanizing often seems to be a sufficient anti-corrosion protection of steel constructions. Durability of a zinc layer, regarding its thickness and environmental conditions, is usually around 25 ÷ 40 years.
    However, at our Customers' wish, in order to extend anti-corrosion protection and improve aesthetic value of a construction we apply additional protection by painting. This method of a double anti-corrosion protection is called "DUPLEX SYSTEM".
