PIPELINES PREFABRICATION
ZinkPower Szczecin Sp. z o.o. is a manufacturer of pipelines for offshore and shipbuilding industry. We prefabricate pipe systems in:
carbon steel,
stainless steel,
alloys.
Pipelines we manufacture undergo corrosion protection treatments by hot galvanising, phosphatising and painting. Pipes are prefabricated with help of a modern prefabrication machine make Wallace-Coast. This digitally controlled machine is fitted with automatic equipment for: cutting; cleaning; welding; bending and marking of pipes. Its annual output is 150,000 spools.
